Order Books

MERC’s   provides your   publications requirements and process your book  orders  with utmost  priority.  If you have any rush orders of books from the UK you will need to allow about four   weeks from the time of confirming your order to the arrival of the books at your location. For the United States, Australia and countries other than UK please allow five weeks. If you want to be certain of having your bulk orders of books and teaching materials in your school by July we need to receive your orders in February/March. June, July and August are the peak ordering months for schools located in the UK and USA to avoid stock shortages and delayed deliveries please order by the end of March at the very latest.

Book   Ordering Process/ Workflow:  

  • Enquiry from customer
  • Acknowledge enquiry within one working days with the date of submission of official quotation.
  • Official quotation   with   price availability and discount.  Customer   need to check   ISBN numbers to match the titles required.
  • Order confirmation - customer purchase order sent thru email or fax.
  • Acknowledge receipt of purchase order   within one working day.
  • Send official order confirmation within two working days
  • Initial order status report   sent to customer within 15 days from the receipt date of purchase order. This report states the status of titles quoted  since  availabilities are subject to change without prior notice from the publishers during order processing.
  • Packing – orders will be  packed  upon  request  by customer  according to grade, department, teacher's name etc.
  • Deliveries -  we can offer door-to-door deliveries  within the U.A.E.   complete   with packing list in each boxes, delivery note and invoice along with the customer purchase order.
  • Order  Status Report will be sent to the customer  for  updates  after the first delivery.
  • Customer will received the final order status   report  after completion of the order.

Customer   Follow Up

  • Customer   must   receive   acknowledgement   from our customer service team.
  • Customer   service   team   must   send   receipt  confirmation to  customers’  enquiries sent  through fax or email.
    • Customer   must   receive   status   report   of  their orders  for  updates.

    The Excel spreadsheet must not exceed a file size of 500 KB, and it must have an extension of .xls (eg: list.xls)
